Born and raised in the South Bay and with roots in East Contra Costa County and Placer County, has allowed Kiana to develop a unique understanding of the real estate market from as far south as Santa Clara County up to the Sacramento region of California. As a 4th generation real estate professional and with plenty of other real estate professionals in the family it seems almost natural that Kiana found herself following in the footsteps of those around her. After years of working for Intero Real Estate Services, a division of Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway, Kiana opened to the doors for Olani Properties to provide individualized client services for both sellers and buyers that is unmatched in today's industry. As a former real estate coach for Tom Ferry, the #1 Real Estate Coaching Program in the industry,  Kiana worked with real estate agents across the country to constantly improve the level of services provided to home buyers and sellers.

As a Northern California native raised in Roseville, Kristin's knowledge of the various cities and neighboring communities are beyond extensive. With 15 plus years in the customer service industry along with with her patient demeanor, she has helped several clients handling their real estate transactions and serves as our office go-to for all transaction coordination. In addition to Kristin's enthusiastic and infectious personality, she is also our talented staging coordinator. Cindy had spent 22 years in Orange County real estate before moving herself and her career to Roseville. After selling new homes for a year, she returned to her true passion: resale. Cindy keeps her clients informed throughout the process, advises them without pressure, and remains committed to them beyond closing. Although she gives serious attention to what is likely the biggest transaction her clients will ever make, she also peppers each deal with her enthusiasm and joy.

Cindy has lived in both Huntington Beach and Roseville. She met her husband, also a Roseville resident, while traveling, and she moved here in 2018.
